You must be at least 13 years old (or the age required in your country) to use Smart Grocery. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

You may upload receipt photos and enter pantry information. You keep full ownership of your content and grant us a limited license only to store and process it so we can provide the app's features (extracting receipt data, generating AI answers, syncing across your devices).

You are responsible for what you upload. Do not upload content that is illegal, infringes someone's rights, or contains other people's personal data without permission.

The AI Assistant and receipt scanner rely on machine-learning models and may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated answers. Always review AI output before acting on it — especially for allergens, prices, and expiration dates.

You can delete individual items or your entire account at any time from Settings. Account deletion is permanent and removes your shopping lists, pantry items, receipts, and profile. Anonymized aggregate statistics may be retained where legally required.

The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Grocery is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
